Very scenic and clean Lake Winnisquam rental available. One of the best lake locations - easy to get to and you are ON the lake with grass yard, deck and step down sandy beach. Near famous water sandbar (Near bridge) that you can take a short boat ride to and anchor for a fun afternoon. You also have use of the dock for the week and there are boat rentals across the bridge! Doesn't get any easier than that. It is a great time during the summer on the lake but the fall is incredibly beautiful and there is so much to do including nearby hiking. The winter of course offers snowmobiling, skiing, cross country, snowshoe, tubing and other cold weather sports. For those of us that like to shop - the Tanger outlets are a mere 4 miles away! Funspot is nearby at Weirs beach and of course Meadowbrook for those outdoor concerts! And for those that like to Golf - there is Lochmere Golf course. 2019 was the first summer the property was available for rent which is why we only have a few reviews. So far the feedback from all renters has been excellent! This property is perfect for a large or multiple family vacation where a private beach and direct lake access are a priority. Property has an actual beach - not just a cliff with water in front of it :) Property is large and open concept with ample living and sleeping space, beautiful views, and is in a very secluded area at the north end of Lake Winnisquam across from a loon sanctuary. Enjoy relaxing on the beach, having a cocktail, or just taking in the view from multiple porches and/or balconies off all lake facing rooms on property.

You cant get any closer to the water without being in it!! This two bedroom cottage is the perfect lake getaway. 2 bedrooms, and a set of trundle beds in the family room. 2 docks with a marina to launch your vessel within walking distance! Only 2 minute boat ride to a very popular sand bar! Large decks on both levels along with a patio area off to the side. You can literally drop a rod from the deck! Only 5 miles from the highway. Our cottage has a 140 square foot screened in porch overlooking Lake Winnisquam and an additional 660 square feet of living space. It is located 11 miles from Weirs Beach. The cottage is directly on Lake Winnisquam and shares a 70 foot sandy beach with a gradual grade which is great for small children and families. Step outside our porch and you will be within 400 feet of the water. Go for daily kayak rides, enjoy fishing right off our day dock, swimming out to our float platform or just relaxing on our beach for the day. Come, unplug and forget about the daily grind of life. With the rental, you will have access to our paddle boat. For an additional cost, we also have dock space available to rent for the week, depending on the size of your boat. Our 3-Bedroom home sits on the shores of beautiful Lake Winnisquam. When you enter the front door you will be amazed at how open and spacious, yet warm and inviting our home is. The living room features vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, hardwood flooring and lots of over-sized windows to let the natural sunlight in. The house is open concept with the living room flowing into the kitchen and dining room area which makes it great for family gatherings and entertaining. The kitchen also features a breakfast bar for a quick snack or less formal meal for the kids. There is a large deck off of the dining room that comes complete with patio furniture, a grilling area and stairs to dock and beach. The entire main floor has been recently painted. We have added a 3/4 bathroom on the lower level across from the master bedroom. We have also just recently had the entire retaining wall around the shoreline replaced and upgraded to include granite stairs into the sandy beach area. The lake isn't just for summer vacations, there is so much to do and see all year long. The kitchen is equipped with most items you need; including some spices, salt/pepper and even coffee. The bathroom will be stocked with towels, shampoo, soap and even some last minute supplies you may have forgotten. The bedroom offers a queen size bed, a dresser and a full size closet with hangers. There are extra pillows and blankets. If you are travelling with children, not only are there kitchen utensils for them but a pack and play in the closet. From the unit there is a short walking path to the lake where there is water access (just a couple steps down into the water from the day dock into the water) and there is a swimming raft to jump off. There is not a sandy beach but perfect for a fun day in the water. We are in a no wake part of the lake yet close to the sandbar if you have some kayaks or a canoe.
